Demo Plot

We planted "mache corn salad" in the fall and it is super delicious right now! The leaves are tasty. There are three plants at the very southern most end of the demo plot that look like little lighter green spinach plants (see the pic). It is a really mild, smooth green that had what to me tasted like a lightly floral finish.

The jicama was a success though we harvested it a bit late. The peas are still growing. There are 3 different kinds. The variety on the southern most end of the planting has pods that taste pretty good.
